Our die cuts orders are cut-to-order. Using the finest card stock and/or paper available. If you have any problems with your order please contact us promptly so we can help.
Handmade Dolls Clothes By Cazjar.
Each handmade item of clothing by Cazjar is made with love, care and attention to detail by Carole. I do reserve the right to subsitute fabrics where nessacary, any subsitution will be as close to the original as possible. Again any problems please contact us promptly so we can help.
Payments.We accept paypal, cheques and postal orders. International orders for handmade clothes by Cazjar are to be paid by paypal only please. For payment by cheque or postal order (UK orders only) please use the contact us form to send your order and the postal address for payments to be sent will be supplied.
Postage.
Please note craft orders will only be sent within the UK only. Handmade dolls clothes by Cazjar can be sent outside of the UK with the condition that the correct postage prices have been paid. Please remember that packaging costs are included, if the cost for P&P is significantly different from what you have been charge we will refund some of the cost to you via Paypal.
Privacy Policy.
We do not and will not sell or give away any of your information (especially, but not limited to: email address, postal address, names etc.) We believe that this is just plain mean, and we wouldn't like our details passed on to anyone so we wouldn't do it to you!
Returns & Refunds.
You may cancel your order within seven days of receipt however the refund will not include any postage charges.
Goods must be returns in their original packaging and condition.
We are not liable for any items lost in the post, however we always obtain a proof of posting certificate with every package this gives up to £28.00 in insurance for losses. A claim form can be obtained from the post office.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty please contact us within forty eight hours. If it is found to be faulty or damaged through manufacturing or transit we will replace the order, we must however receive the faulty or damaged goods before any replacement is sent.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
